Description:
The skeletal container delivery semi-trailer comes with different lengths for different kinds of container transportation. 20 ft container chassis semi-trailer comes with a length of 7100 mm normally for the 20 ft dry container or refrigerated container in 20 ft. 12400 mm skeletal trailers are designed for the 40 ft container transportation and also, it can be used for the 20 ft container transportation too. These two types of containers chassis semi-trailers are the most widely used ones. And for the 45 ft and 54 ft special containers, we are able to make it too.
Some of the customers asked why there are different pieces of container twist lock for the skel container transport semi-trailer. For explaining this, please check on the following reference photo.
If we need to transport 1 set of 40 ft containers, 2 sets of 20 ft containers, and sometimes we transport only 1 set of the container, so we will choose the 12 sets of container locks like the above photo shows.
For transporting 1 set of 40 ft containers and sometimes 2 sets of the container in 20 ft, we don't need to transport only 1 set of the container, so we just need 8 sets of container locks as the black word and blue word only.
Of course, there are some customers who only transport 40ft containers. So 4 sets of container locks are enough as the black word in the picture.

By container. 2 sets of standard skeleton semi-trailers are able to charge into one 45-high cube container. If the design with rear cut, 2 sets of skeleton chassis semi-trailers are able to charge into one 40-high cube container.
By breakbulk cargo ships. Container trailers of all sizes are able to transport by breakbulk cargo ships.
By RO-RO ships. All size of container trailers able to be transported by bulk cargo ships.
